“Best dentist experience I have ever had. ~ They brought me back to start my treatment as soon as I arrived with no wait. ~ I was offered a paraffin wax treatment for my hands during my appointment. ~ The dental chairs are massage chairs, making it a very relaxing experience. ~ A clean and well-designed office with all the latest technology for x-rays and photo imaging. ~ Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. “Dr. Dietz goes above and beyond. I needed a retreatment of a root canal that was not done correctly the first time. Dr. Dietz quickly discovered was was done wrong by the previous Dr., made sure I was informed and comfortable with the procedure and fixed me up. His office appears to be state of the art and he and his staff are very professional and flexible. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town if you need a root canal.”

“As a mom with two little kids (3 & 4) visiting the dentist for the first time I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. The staff was so friendly, gentle and patient. The dental hygienist took her time, talked to them and explained what she was going to do before she did it. She made it interactive, she let them feel bristles, push buttons and feel for intensity of air or water pressure. Dr. B was so friendly and kind, he explained what I should be looking for and the overall status of their dental health. My kids left asking when they would get to visit again.”

“My Forever Smile in Troy is the best of the best. The staff is so loving and welcoming! Always greeting you, always have a smile and never once have done anything wrong. I just had my braces taken off and I can't stop smiling. I went to a different place before coming here and they wanted to charge me 4,500 for 4 years. I took my siblings advice (they also came here) and called them for an appointment. I was surprised by the price and put my braces on the same day! I had Dee work with me for 2 years and this lady is AMAZING!!! she is so loving, caring and most of all patient. I also had Merna work on me for little and she is hands down amazing. Everyone here is so positive and I recommend everyone to try this place out! Sad to say, after 2 years or so, my last visit was yesterday...”
