They sent detailed information about timing of the project, exactly what would be included and at what price, color and quality charts showing samples of shingles, and addresses of nearby homes with shingle colors we were considering. They were able to fit me into their schedule much sooner than I expected. The shingle delivery was right on time and well-coordinated with the installation crew's schedule. I especially appreciated the installation team's professional courtesy, camaraderie, neatness, and very coordinated teamwork. To my amazement, they finished a tear-off and reroofing in just one day and left the grounds in perfect condition.
