RCS Caring Steps Children’s Center

We just moved to the area in June 2022 and was very nervous about how our two kids would adjust to the move and a new day care. We have been nothing but blown away with the amazing curriculum and caring nature of everyone at RCS Caring Steps. We have one son who just moved from Pre-school to K-prep and daughter who started in infant and is now in toddler. We loved ALL of the rooms and staff. The rooms are huge and the teacher ratio is amazing. The kids have tons or space in the rooms, they have a huge gym for days they can’t play outside, and the outdoor space has play sets and swings and plenty of space to run around. The food program is also amazing and my kids have allergies and RCS is very accommodating. The kids never want to leave which tells me that they love being there and that makes me feel good. It’s never easy to leave your children in someone else’s care every day but I never worry with RCS and their App gives us real time updates on our children and we get pictures every day. My son previously had speech therapy due to speech delays but since moving to RCS he has grown in leaps and bounds and my 22 month old is speaking in 3-4 word sentences and singing her ABCs 🤯. We drive past 2 other child care centers, 5 days a week. to get to RCS and I can’t imagine my kids going anywhere else.

We are so happy with Caring Steps! Our daughter is about 8 months and we’ve been with Caring Steps for about 5 months now. The building is spacious, warm, friendly and the teachers/staff are nothing but welcoming. We’re thankful to have more people to love our daughter and know she’s in good hands. If you’re looking for a recommendation, I only have positive feedback to share here!

I cannot say enough positive things about Caring Steps. They are hands down the best childcare facility for children before kindergarten in the Rochester area.

One of the best, nicest, honest places I’ve seen. Everyone is super friendly and engaging with the kids. My son loved them so much and still misses them. He made so many friends that he still plays with.

They are very adaptable, and… I am at a loss of words. Lets just say they are by far the best childcare and of course I highly recommend them

My visit to RCS Caring Steps Children’s Center was impressive! The remodel of the facility was top notch! I found the facility to be clean, organized, and filled with age appropriate furniture/toys/learning supplies. I was able to visit pre-school classrooms where I found kind and energetic staff engaged with children in learning and playing! Non-stop smiles of little ones made my visit memorable! Highly recommend this center for any children under five! Go check it out!
