“I don't believe the current reviews reflect the reality of SoS, specifically in this location. The staff is nice and easy to talk to. Yes the line might be long from time to time, however that should be expected and not penalized. Let's be real, the variability is great in places like this. And you are treated the way you treat them in my experience. Be kind and patient and they will appreciate you and help you out. It is not the most exciting job, but the staff is doing their job competently and as expediently as possible. We are all human afterall. If you do not want to wait in line (either via ticket or text), you can also opt for online appointment, which needs to be scheduled two weeks in advance, which is convenient. If you can't plan ahead (either because you have an emergency or simply because you didn't think about it), then make sure you sign up via text as soon as it opens (8:30am on weekdays, but check the time). Seconds matter when signing up online. Well pray that the system will work well that day. It is not the most reliable online system, but it has worked well about 80% of the time I have used it. If there are too many people, it might overload and crash. In that case wait for following day. Avoid super centers if you can on weekends if at all possible. Otherwise, the place is clean, staff amiable (unless they had a long week/day) and the line system works. For those snowy/freezing cold temps, make sure you check online or on Twitter or give SoS a call to ensure that they are open that day. I know they were closed when it hit record lows at end of Jan 2019. Normally if public schools are closed, they will be closed. Everyone please follow common sense, be patient and kind to staff and people around you. Have the right expectations going in and do your part as a good citizen. Cheers.”

“Cute and quaint park. Has one larger play structure and one smaller for younger children (3 and under). Set in an industrial area so it's kind of quiet. Has a separate building adjacent to the structures which has bathrooms there. There's a covered canopy with plenty of picnic tables for people to eat...even a grill to use. Tennis courts right next to it. Set on wood mulch. Great little park for quick trips.”
