The problems associated with their high patient volume are frustrating from a patient standpoint, (staff is sometimes short, you have to ensure your symptoms are heard and addressed, etc) but I extend my patience to the office because the quality of care is worth it. He's easy to talk to, he cares about his patients, he's a great conversationalist, and his expertise in the world of medicine is palpable. A particular time when I was uncharacteristically ill and nobody knew what was going on with me, he went the extra mile (and then some) to make sure I weathered the episode well. Dr. Mondrusova has worked with me a few times when covering for Dr. Brateman, and I have only had good experiences with her, as well.”

I wasn’t seen till after 3 pm. I usually don’t mind waiting. I understand, because I am a health care worker. But I was in a lot of pain 10/10. Which I told the staff. And they said I had to wait anyway. I wish they had more staff to see patients. It seemed really busy and only 2 people working.”
