Takes forever and they charge you hrly labor fees while trainee struggles to work on his own command. The place need to improve speed of flow by helping trainees out quicker or just supervising them...oil leak took 13 hrs to fix

Honestly for the first time in a long time I have had a great satisfactory service experience.
Many thanks to Mr. James and Mr. Dave and team. They went out of their way to help me today with lot of things from getting my reefer registered with carrier and getting me warranties. Which should have been done by the dealer who sold me the unit. Thank you team crosspoint power. Definitely will recommend crosspoint to all people for their service needs.

Great pricing super reasonable and know what they’re doing. I’ll use them again. My reefer trailer wasn’t getting cold then it completely shut off got me fixed in 2 hours and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. Saved me a lot of money, my trailer was already loaded so the temperature was critical. Nick was amazing! Great customer service.

We are owner operators. Our Generator Capacitor went out on our truck's APU unit. After checking and finding out it would be a few weeks before they could get a replacement, due to the part being out of stock, and on back order they took the part off their display floor model to fix our truck.
You can't get better service than that!!!
