Vision Blinds & Shade Repairs

After making several calls to others who perform similar services of repair, none seemed that interested in the business. However Vision Blinds and Shade Repairs instantly responded and asked for a few snapshots of my broken shade to be sent over for evaluation. Upon examining the pictures they immediately scheduled time to resolve the problem for me. The personal interest in the Owner who does the work himself was exemplary. It's not often that you find the personal commitment of a business to helping people with any sense of urgency. I would recommend to everyone!

I had such a great experience. I have 15 year old Duette Power Rise shades by Hunter Douglas. I priced new ones and it was going to be $1200 for the function that I had. I took a stab at calling Vision to repair them and thought it would be a long shot. Let me tell you my long shot turned into a sure thing with them. It was not an easy fix and it took some long hours. They never gave up. I can't say more about how awesome and reasonably priced they were. They came to my home (charged a trip charge) but it was absolutely worth EVERY penny. They were prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and very easy on the pockets. I will use them from this point forward.
