(February 8, 2021, 9:58 am)Wonderful trail. We went for a storybook trail with our 3yr old. She really enjoyed it. We walked around a bit after finishing the story because it was a short walk. Can't wait to go back when it warms up

While visiting the area, a family lost a photo in the water, and many people at the park assisted in retrieving the memorabilia. It was so nice to see strangers helping one another.

(September 7, 2020, 8:08 am)A wonderful nature preserve with numerous cleared trails, a boardwalk (with some recent repairs) crossing part of the pound, floating dock with a picnic bench, and orphaned deer and recovering red tailed hawk who enjoy visitors! Lots of spaces to rest and relax, with numerous benches on trails and some great picnic spots. A great place for walking or jogging either around the pond (.5 mile loop) or any of the other trails.
