(September 14, 2022, 1:20 pm)I was t-boned yesterday evening and the tow company that the officer sent would not deliver to my address regardless of pay. That company recommended general towing and within the 20 minutes they stated it would take to get to me they had arrived and I was on my way home. Friendly and professional which is a bonus after being shaken up from an unexpected accident. Relatively cheap as well.
(August 7, 2022, 6:26 pm)I waited 3 hours for AAA to send a tow truck. Kept telling me it would be 60 minutes. I called General Towing and they were there in 25 minutes. Great service and very helpful.
