We walked through all the steps involved in the process and then I dropped my car off. I had asked for a little extra work if possible but I didn't have any extra money for it. I went to pick up my car and not only did they do a beautiful job on the front end but he also did that one little extra project I asked about at no charge to me. They washed and and cleaned the inside and it looked brand new. They took care of my deductible and I have nothing but good things to say about the entire process.
