Called United Air Temp approximately 9:00 a.m. Was informed I would be placed on a list for repair. However, a tech was at my house by 10:30 am. He was very informative regarding the life of my equipment and how to remedy. He was thorough and efficient. As a result, I bought a warranty and had my compressor slats cleaned. Impressed with the technician and the service.

We are longtime customers, so when our air conditioner went on the fritz we immediately contacted United Air Temps. It turned out our system was still under warranty so they scheduled us for an on call and we were seeing the very next day. The technician was thorough, professional, and very easy to work with. He got our system back up and we are delighted!

Kevin and Fig were terrific! They came (wearing masks) which I really appreciated! They arrived on time and got straight to work and didn't stop until their work was done. I was very impressed. I also took notice of how well they worked together and could see that they both take great pride in doing a good job. Within 2 hours my AC was blowing ice cold air and running smoothe and quiet. Professional, diligent, personable, knowledgeable. Thank you both so much. I highly recommend. Great experience 👍
