“Nothing short of perfection..... When it comes to customer service, your clients’ happiness and satisfaction are paramount. This morning for me, Nydam Oil showed my family what proper customer service is all about. Woke up pretty darn cold in the house because our furnace wouldn’t fire. I made a quick call to Nydam Oil a bit before they opened to let them know that I have no heat. I also let them know that there’s no emergency as I had a fire going in the fireplace. Maybe one half hour later Hank Nydam himself knocked on my door. Say about 15 minutes later the furnace was up and running again. To top it all off, Hank said it was such an easy fix that he didn’t feel right charging me for the fix. For me, this whole situation went seamlessly. For that, I thank and praise Nydam oil! Thank you so very much Nydam Oil!!! You all are awesome from the initial phone call to the quick fix!”
