I feel in part this went very well thanks to Janet and her explaining of what to expect but it was as simple as 1, 2, 3 to pick up the car and drop it off.”

I LOVE the mobile app, being able to pick my own car, not having to talk to anyone. It's super fast and efficient, which is not the experience I have had with other car rental companies at Logan. “This past week, I messed up my rental start data and by the time I realized it, all rental cars at Boston Logan were gone for my dates. The closest car was the Enterprise at the 230 Dorchester Ave location. So, we bit the bullet and took an Lyft to the location. The service both getting our vehicle and returning it was amazing. Only one young lady working, but she was efficient, friendly and helpful. It doesn't look like they have a ton of cars, so it is probably rare to have to wait here. She noticed that the gas was at only a quarter of a tank (we were going to prepay to remove stress when having to get back to the airport), so she said she would mark it as if we picked it up empty and told us to return it empty. She had a large vehicle, which in the city isn't popular, so she asked if we would be willing to take it for no extra cost. It was a great upgrade for our long road trip that we had planned. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again, even though it isn't at the airport.”
