“I was in the market for a secondary car. Something I could use as my daily driver. But I wanted something that was classy not to expensive. I went to South Shore Auto Mall and got a great deal on one of my favorite cars which is the Mercedes E350. It’s older but fully loaded and and miles were very low. I have had no issues with this car at all. I also had the car looked over at Mercedes. The car was very well maintained. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good used car to go see Shant. Very honest easy going guy. I seen this car at other dealerships but at least $3,000 more or with much higher mileage at the price point I got my car for. I would definitely buy another car from this dealer.”

“I brought my car in because it started to make a whistling noise and I couldn’t figure out why. I had no engine light on but being the cautious person I am, I wanted to bring it in and get it checked out to make sure it was still safe to drive. As this noise was not consistent, I knew it would be hard to find out what exactly was causing it. The owner checked my car and took it for a test drive and found nothing wrong. Called me back and asked for more details on the issue so he can take a look at it some more. And due to that extra search, was able to find the issue! Most auto body shops would stop after checking a few things when finding nothing wrong. But the fact that He called me back to find out more details on the issue so he can resolve my problem really shows how much Easy Auto Works and Sales cares about their customers and going above and beyond in helping look for the issue even when the issues aren’t visible. I definitely recommend bringing your car here and getting the thorough inspection that’s needed for your car.”

“Clean building, quick turnaround, fair negotiation. David took an extra mile to e-mail me registration so that I did not have to travel 40 miles back and forth to get it. I also appreciate that they did not make me to go through and deny all of the annoying options like extended warranty etc. I was just asked if I want to learn about all these options and simply "no" was enough. Overall I spent 2 hours to leave on new truck, which is pretty impressive for the appointment made on short notice.”
