He is also one of the assistant plumbing inspectors for the town which means you know it will be done right from the beginning. Kate the office manager is super quick to respond to emails! I have also worked with Alex and Dean, both of which were highly professional, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. “Travis and co did a great job fixing the main sewer line for our house. He was able to diagnose the broken clay pipe, walk us through our options, and the ultimately fix the pipe for us. He was clear and concise with his communication, always on time, and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. He was also very responsive in helping us fill out our home owners insurance paperwork to file a claim for the damages.
