As it came in, my famiky was upset that i had bought such expensive cookware whike we had other good metal stuff but i was very excited to hear abt the health benefits that coome with cooking in baked clay pots Anewho fastforward a month and my wife makes goat curry and the meat is the softest that she has ever cooked better then pressure cooker better then cooking back home. We have pakistani/indian cuisine so a lot of tomato curries, goat stews, food gets cooked perfectly each time Customer service is good, love our terra allegra dont know why we used anything else for so long”
