Apple Derby Street

I arrived early, was taken on time by a friendly and knowledgeable representative. He went through my options (I came for a watch) and helped me make a decision. He then helped me activate, sync, and adjust the watch. Seamless!

I went in without an appointment for a 2007 desktop Mac that we hadn’t used in years. A genius was available after a reasonable wait. (I didn’t have appt) While the repair would take longer than I could wait that day she was nonetheless polite helpful and just very nice. I now has a clear direction for next steps and feel optimistic we will get it back in shape soon.

My daughter broke the screen of her phone and it was a little nerve racking as you know, apple can be pricey. However, the people in the store were extremely helpful, attentive, and fast with completing the repair and transaction. Andre was very helpful, direct and informative of the process in which it would take to fix the phone, and if any other damage was found that the cost would increase he did not hide any information, he did not withhold any information. All in all it was a wonderful transaction. The store is beautiful, clean and inviting.
