She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and always wants to go the extra mile to ensure that her patients are satisfied and well cared for. As an example, one time we were on our way to the airport and realized that Bill's hearing aid was not working properly - we stopped into Elena's office without notice and she fixed the aid without any problem, got us on our way, and we made our flight! She is always cheerful, friendly and is really a master at what she does!”
