The Town of Needham has invested several millions of dollars in the upgrading of DeFazio Park. The investment has paid off. The once open fields have been transformed into a multitude of professional grade athletic facilities worthy of national recognition. For neighboring towns DeFazio Park is the new standard for what can be done to inspire our youngsters to participate in group sports as an alternative to passive and less desirable activities.
