Was able to look at the car and diagnose the engine light problem right away. Some shops say they can work on VW/Audi/Porsche, Ian you can tell, really has some great experience with these cars. He also just doesn't replace parts, searching for a fix. They added a window to my Promaster sliding side door and cut a hole in my partition so I could see through it. Without it it's impossible to see anyone coming from the right at certain intersections, frankly dangerous. They fit me into their packed schedule pretty quickly and took care of it very quickly, knowing I was coming from Martha's vineyard and had a ferry to get to. Real solid quality and craftsmanship. That was a week ago and the tire works great. What's more than that is that he didn't charge me anything. So I gave him a twenty and asked him to get a beer for his old man. Awesome shop.”
