“This is a great workout center for "mature" folks, especially if recovering from an injury or suffering from chronic aches and pains, but also for just staying in good physical condition. Run by Physical Therapists you get the best advice and training on what to do or not to do. Very health-conscious with HEPA filtration and ultraviolet disinfection of circulating air. Also a great value for the money. Nice facility with adequate number of exercise machines and free weights. Highly recommend.”

“I researched 5 Orthodontists and after some personal recommendations and my own research we chose Dr. Meyer's office. Dr. Meyer and his staff are so friendly, professional, and CLEAN! This office had done a fantastic job adapting to COVID precautions. Dr. Meyer is a perfectionist and I was so happy with my son's smile that I took the leap myself and fixed my own smile as well. I am super happy with the results! My son was so nervous about braces in the beginning and they did a fantastic job educating him and easing him into accepting and caring for his smile. The staff is extremely accommodating, responsive and knowledgeable about insurance. I cannot praise this team enough - I highly recommend.”

“In August of 2019, I broke two bones in my ankle. Tibia and Fibula. In October of 2019, I transitioned out of my cast and into a walking boot. That’s when I began my recovery at Bay State Physical Therapy. I wasn’t sure how or what to expect since it was my first time getting Physical Therapy. But it turned out that Matt, my Physical Therapist, was exceedingly nice and friendly. He massaged my ankle and practiced strengthening exercises for months! He had me pick up marbles with my toes, use an exercise band, run back and forth on a rope ladder. But it was all fun! Matt would chat and give me advice for the exercise I was doing all the time! Gradually, my ankle became stronger and more flexible. I’m an athletic person, and I slowly got back into the sports I had done before the injury! People who haven’t experienced a injury that includes a long recovery can’t even imagine how exciting it is to go back to the sports/athletic activities they hadn’t done in so long! When I started Physical Therapy in October of 2019, I couldn’t even walk without crutches. But as of February, 2020, not only can I walk without crutches, but I can run and jump and kick and much more! Sometimes I almost feel like reinjuring my ankle just so I can go back to Bay State Physical Therapy.”
