“I have been a patient at Pro Sports Therapy in Waltham for the past 4 months and making improvements in my shoulder. I'm impressed with the staff and front desk service as well as site. I will be returning for more treatment as needed. It's very convenient to Route 2 and takes about 30 minutes from Somerville. Both my orthopedic doctors are onsite which is an added benefit. Doug is the physical therapist I have been assigned. He is a true professional, who explains in great detail the overall process of strengthening muscles in order to heal and encourages more self care. I have been to other physical therapy sites in the past which were not as helpful. I would urge anyone who suffers from chronic inflammation of joints to make an appointment with Pro Sports Therapy in Waltham. You will be happy you did.”

“Linda has completely turned my life around - from living with chronic pain to a point where I feel empowered and really able to manage my pain. When I first called A Step Above, I was having trouble w/my insurance - long story short I had to switch my PCP and my network. I found Linda so helpful during this initial process - granted, mine wasn't the norm, but she knew how to navigate the insurance process, was patient with me throughout (even when I had given up hope of receiving treatment), and went out of her way to speak to my new PCP office to get everything straightened out. During treatment, Linda gave me 1:1 care for my tennis elbow and for my lower back pain. I received cross fiction massage and ultrasound therapy for the tennis elbow/forearm pain as well as exercises. She also provided home exercises for me and I could immediately see a difference with the pain levels. All throughout, she was attentive, listened to my concerns and worked with me to make sure I was improving. Besides giving first class treatment, Linda was respectful of my time - I have a very demanding job, which makes it hard to schedule appointments. Linda worked with me to give me a late time slot; she was super responsive to my emails/texts/calls; she also made sure I could attend the re-evaluations, making me feel supported and prioritized. I totally recommend Linda and A Step Above to everyone - she is just awesome and so dedicated to her patients!”
