“This is an amazing place to stay! My family and I (3 adults, 2 cats) had to evacuate East Boston on 03/15/19 due to the 9 alarm fire two blocks from our house. The manager Tyler was so accommodating, and helpful! After getting setteled into our room we had a late dinner from the restaurant downstairs, which was delicious. The whole staff were polite and friendly. We woke up the next morning to the good news that it was safe to return home. We had the complimentary breakfast before checking out and it was tasty, fresh, and full of varied options. We checked out with manager Katie who was aware of our situation and was so sweet to us. Overall, the staff and comfortable hotel turned a bad situation into a wonderful one. I would 100% stay here again, and recommend it to anyone!”
