“I sent a reuest to the Snow removal division asking if they could come clear our street of snow today as the original Pickup trucks who had done the plowing were unable to push the snow back far enough and the road was closing in after all the storms we have been getting. Less than 2 hours later a heavy equipment payloader was on my street taking care of our entire street and making it safe for us. This is the first time I have used the website and wasn't sure my request would even be read as I know how busy the DPW must be at this time with another storm coming.
