Personally, I have been privileged to work with the owner, Brian, for quite some time. His education on health and fitness makes it easy on you, all you have to do is be a good listener. Him and his staff will not only teach you what to do, but how to do it. After two shoulder surgeries, I knew before I even did rehab that I was going back to see Brian to guide me through and get my strength back. He ALWAYS makes SAFETY his #1 PRIORITY. “Probably the best gym I've ever been a member with. All the equipment is either new or in amazing condition. The other members are extremely respectful and no one seems to get in each others way. Came in once and never thought about going back to my old gym. Also, special shout-out to Mark (the manager) - I had an issue with my account not properly displaying my full account details that he took care of quickly and courteously. I've been a member of a few gyms in the past and the staff here is top notch - 5 stars all the way around!”

“I've been going here off and on for years, it's just a basic gym. I use it as a supplement to my regular gym. I've noticed that at peak times theres not enough lifting equipment and people are frequently waiting around or stalking others for equipment or a spot. I mostly go in on my rest days just to use the treadmill, for that purpose it works great and is open 24hrs.”
