Our technician was Tom, who was definitely one of the friendliest and down to earth guys out there. Tom not only fixed the issue for a reasonable price, but he was also very knowledgable and took the time to explain our options along with the pros and cons of each. Any plumbing needs we have going forward, I will be using Mr. Rooter and asking for Tom.”
