There was trouble with the delivery to a hospital, which isn't surprising given Covid rules. They contacted me and I was able to provide a better address to use for the next day. Great customer service and beautiful floral arrangements!

I have always been very happy with the service and product, and my daughter has loved the flowers she has received. The most recent tulip bouquet was beautiful. My daughter always sends a picture of what she has received. I highly recommend The Crimson Petal!
(February 18, 2021, 12:43 pm)I placed a custom order for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. They were so nice and listened to what I wanted - and boy did they deliver!! She absolutely LOVED them! Everyone cannot stop commenting on how beautiful and well arranged the flowers are. Will definitely be consistently coming back in the future!
