“The service man arrived exactly on time. He surveyed what needed to be done. He was dealing with iron pipes from 1926 and an old soap stone sink, which posed a big challenge. But he was up to it. He opened the access and cleaned out the pipe where the clog was. He made several intelligent recommendations on what my options were moving forward, which were greatly appreciated. It's always comforting having service people who are experienced, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He did a super job getting us back to normal.”

“Great location, close to many places but set back so it's quiet at night. Rooms were very clean, love that the rooms weren't all carpet, hope they offer some without any carpet soon! Staff at front desk were very personable, even when we checked in late at night. Beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby.”
