“Stopped in for a workout with my wife, being new to the boxing fitness world, and LOVED IT. The class is well run and keeps you moving the whole time. The breaks are hard stops to catch your breath or can be used to get a little extra work done like air squats etc. The facility is clean and well ventilated. Lockers are abundant and the gear and equipment is well maintained. I will be back for sure!”
