“Dr. Koussaimi is not only a seasoned and skilled provider but he’s an amazing human being!! My husband and I switched from Brigham Women to Dr. Koussaimi couple of months ago after I heard great things about him from a friend who’s a patient of this office. I was out of county on the other side of the globe, Far East, and had a medical emergency. He personally spoke to my husband and I about my concerns and advised me for what was best for me. After I got back, he again took the time to answer all my questions 3 times in his busy schedule within a week. I never felt he’s rushing or he’s overwhelmed. I am very particular and ask many questions. His calm, collected and patient character is reassuring. I have never received this level of care and attention from any provider for the past 20 years. I am not going anywhere! His team of nurses and front desk were also pleasant, understanding and welcoming. If you’re looking for a primary care, search no more. I am very grateful and happy!! I progressed faster than I expected and my confidence level soared. 3 months after my surgery and I can walk on my own without a cane. I am back to my normal activities. “I was searching for something for my wife's birthday. I found out about this place on the internet. I was a bit leary about the dermapen treatment at first, but it was something my wife had seen in a beauty magazine and she likes to try the most cutting edge beauty technologies (alothough she regretted the laser however), so I thought it would be a great gift. The staff was an 11 out of 10. They even called ot see how my wife was doing a few days after the first treatment. The treatments had very good results - although I have to admit the best results did not show themselves until after the 3rd visit which Christina explained would be the case. In my opinion it seems to be the best method for someone looking for a facial rejuvenation but not looking to break the bank and defititely not looking for a surgical proceedure or to be burned by a laser. Highly recommended. ”
