“Master Yi is a superb teacher and coach. Demanding, encouraging, and funny, he helps his students develop and excel. Based on our family's 10-year experience with taekwondo, Master Yi stands in a class of their own. We recommend the school enthusiastically and without hesitation.”

“I see all of these negative things on here regarding the cancellation process. Most of you are referring to things that happened years ago. It appears you are intentionally trying to bash a business for past policies. I have been in the club and I have read the agreements, I have signed the agreement. I also READ the agreement before I, MYSELF signed it. You people on here act like they physically forced you to sign your agreements. Stop hating on a beautiful gym for past mistakes! It’s not hard to follow policy and just cancel through the proper channels. I hope all these people on here hating on this place have the tables turned on them. Maybe then you’ll realize how pathetic ya’ll sound just for some clout.”

“Large space with plenty of treadmills and other cardio equipment. One of the cleanest gyms I've ever been in the area. Newer weight lifting machines. Stretching area isn't the largest but enough to accommodate 6-8 mats with space. Locker rooms are large and very clean. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. A different positive message is always on a whiteboard everyday by the front door.”

“I have been a member there for 2 months already. When I signed up got a free session with instructor - that was pretty helpful. They got me a program with initial weights. After that there is a web site where you log in and print out a workout every time. After you're done - you log it. I love this! Why I haven't bumped into something like this before? Gym itself doesn't have too much glance, but has a lot of equipment - all what you need for a workout. A lot of cardio upstairs, dumbbell & bars & cable machine downstairs. Instructors are not around all the time, but: - there is a great book with pictures and instructions on how to do exercises. I'm not sure that that's the best way for complete newbies, helps a lot if know the basics. - you can always reach out to instructor and schedule a session (I think you need to pay for it, first was free). Overall - great next-door gym, which isn't overcrowded and has all the stuff I need.”
