“I have a Jenn Air Grill Griddle Down draft unit on the center island of my kitchen. It is a discontinued model and the grill element was not working. I replaced the element and that did not solve the problem. My usual appliance repair man was flummoxed. I called Doyons. They asked very specific questions about the model number etc. William, the repair man,came in a timely manner and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. This was a big deal for me because the unit would not be easy to replace without disturbing the granite island counter. I could not be more pleased.
