Sarah did a comprehensive evaluation and targeted my problem areas precisely. She tailored my stretches and exercises but did not overwhelm me with too many. Best of all, she spent most of the sessions on joint mobilizations, soft tissue massage, and manual therapy. Each session was 1 hour 1:1 private sessions.
