Truly a special place that attracts amazing people from the coaches to the members. Mike and his dream team are truly a blessing to many! The Swamp is an outstanding gym. The coaches and all the members are so supportive. Paddy and Mike really make sure that you push yourself to the best you can be. They scale back any and all workouts if you need it. Their six week challenge they offer is just what i needed to jump start fitness journey.
