“My 9 year old son has been taking classes at MJ O'Malley Tae Kwon Do Center since he was 5 years old and I have been beyond pleased with the effect. My son's self confidence, attention span, and physical coordination have all dramatically improved because of his participation in Tae Kwon Do. While learning this martial art and self defense, each child learns respect and kindness for others. The instructors are experts at working with children of all ages as well as adults. The instructors get to know each child individually and allows each child to grow and progress at their own pace, all the while stretching them to their next achievable level/goal. The classes and programs are all designed with maximum opportunity for parents to make a schedule that would work best for them. I would highly recommend MJ O'Malley Tae Kwon Do Center to both children and adults alike.”
