“We had an issue with our upstairs AC unit. It was extremely difficult to explain what was wrong since it would work for a bit of time and then stop cooling. We called Correct Temp and they arranged for a technician (Dave) to come over. We were a bit worried since we had never dealt with them before and we didn’t know what to expect. We always appreciate having technicians explaining the problems and walking us through solutions and that has not been always the case. Dave exceeded our expectations. He is a young man with great amount of knowledge. He is polite and respectful. He clearly loves what he does and we could see that right away. He asked all the right questions and offered clear explanations of what was the cause of the problem and how to fix it. He is a credit to his profession. In our opinion Correct Temp’s reputation shines because of technicians like Dave. It is great to have an AC unit that works when is extremely hot outside.”

“My folks have always used the services of Bill for many reasons, very reasonably priced, great service, and extreme attention to detail and overal very high quality of work. All the reasons one would hire a trusted plumber. But it didn't end there. When my father had his first heart attack in the summer of '09 and the whole family was trying to make his life easier, calls were made out to many carpenters to help install an extra set of handrailings going up the stairs and all over the upstairs hallway. But the calls went unanswered or no follow ups were ever made. Bill was around at the time and said he could do the job, even though it was not part of his plumbing trade. He went on to beautifully craft all these hand railings and then installed a series of grab-bars in the upstairs shower/bathroom as well. My retired father had his freedom back, at the age of 73 he was able to go up and down the stairs freely and take a shower unsupervised during his rehabilitation period. To this day he still swears by all the extra railings to help him get around independently.”
