Great customer service. You can request shoes that are not in stock be sent to your house. Huge selection so something for everyone.

I wish they had more of a selection for business casual shoes. I can’t really wear stilettos at work, although they have some beautiful ones. The selection of flats is good (Anne Klein Sport flats didn’t need any breaking in, so I would recommend them). I am looking more for some closed toe booties or closed toe wedge heels to mix up my wardrobe. Customer service here is great. All the girls are helpful and friendly.

Very helpful staff I got what I needed.

I bought timberlands for work so my shoes/feet don’t get wet. One of the shoes squished my foot but the other shoe was perfect. I remembered these wooden things that stretch shoes out that my grandpa used I asked if they had any and they did. I was very thankful. It took a few days to figure out what areas on that one shoe needed stretching but after stretching it in the right way it fits exactly like the other one and I am so happy with my purchases.
