“This office has made a larger business seem quaint. They are personable and gentle in every interaction. They are kind and professional, able to see each patient with the time they deserve and are billed for, while still juggling many balls and haven't flinched in the 6yrs we have been with them. They work closely, but not directly, with the orthodontist upstairs and were able to make the transition seamless and fun for my daughters. I have sent people their way before and see no reason to slow. Great place to be a patient, I assume a great place to be employed. “Very friendly and helpful staff. They were so kind and sincere. The doctor was friendly and honest. She did not try to sway me in either direction, but gave me information I needed to make my own decision. The waiting room is nice, but I have to say when you walk into the back room it looks a little sketchy. Each room has walls around it that do not go to the ceiling, and it's a little dark in the rooms, so you kind of just feel like you are partitioned off from the other patients by plywood. Other than that, everything was great. And what it looks like really doesn't matter, as long as it's safe and clean, which it was. I will be going back and would recommend.”
