Tom helped me pick out a mattress and boxspring for my father who has a bad back and living in a local nursing home. Tom was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me through the entire purchase process and explained all the features and benefits of the mattress and how it would help my dad's bad back. He also worked to get us expedited delivery options as well. I would absolutely return to Mattress Firm in Andover and specifically work with Tom for my next mattress purchase.
