“My husband and I experienced a flood in our house this past January. We contracted with Royal Plus to do all the clean up and when it came time to look at flooring, someone indicated that they had a flooring store. Royal Plus Flooring was not pushy, was willing to show us anything that we wanted to see and allowed us to take samples with us for several days to view in our house. Eric worked with us, he even came out to our house several times which helped us so very much. Install went smoothly, wooden floor looks excellent and carpet is beautiful! Would definitely do business with them again!”

“Very friendly and honest people. Salesman was Derek and he was awesome. Not your typical pushy car salesman. Took his time and was willing to show my wife and I every vehicle we wanted to see. Ended up with a new Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and a new Dodge Ram Bighorn. Went through both vehicles very thoroughly and paired our phones and made sure we understood every thing in the new vehicles. Brandon the sales manager was very thorough as well. Helped us trade in 3 vehicles to get 2 new ones and reduce total car payment. He was also the one that did all the sale paperwork and explained which each piece was. Made us feel like they appreciated our business. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go here and for Derek. Will be back when we’re ready to trade up again.”

Well that’s not where it begins, it begins when the Store Manager shows up at your door to swap them out!!!!!!!!! Yes !! The store Mananger!!! I am a store manager myself so I know the hectic schedule of the day !!! Agenda is written but the daily command sends you off tract !! So I want to say personally “Thank you “ that was very special and a great experience so fast response!!!!!
