Especially at this branch, I can’t remember her name, and i assume she’s a manager.... her desk is the one closest to the counters, ANYWAYSSSS, once she saw how long the line was she walked right over & kindly started helping everyone & next thing you know it, everyone got what they needed done, everyone was happy, and the line was hardly a line anymore!!
