“For my first visit, I was surprised by the honesty of the staff. My last oil change at Mr. Tire I had the mechanic tell me my breaks were at the end of their life and my tires won’t make it but a few months longer. I declined further service. I brought this up to the Lexington Ford dealership and they told me there were no problems with my breaks, and my tires still hold 60% of their life. I will definitely be a returning customer.”

“I bought a used car for my teen aged son from Harris Motors in August. It is his first car. At the time of purchase we had an agreement that the air conditioning would be repaired before we took the car. Harris soon replaced the main parts of the air conditioner and it worked for a bit, but problems developed. We took it back for further work. Though it took some considerable time (longer than we would have preferred), more parts and quite a bit of labor, Harris made it right. They kept to their promise. We are satisfied.”

“My wife and I came to Bayside Pre-Owned Super Center in Hollywood, MD looking for a quality used truck. We had been having a difficult time finding not only a quality truck but helpful customer service. However from the moment I called Bayside in Hollywood and Alice answered our call we received the absolute best service! Not only was Alice standing in the cold waiting for us greeting us with the warmest personality but she also had the truck we wanted to look at ready to be viewed and ready for a test drive. After viewing the truck we decided it wasn’t what we wanted. That’s when Alice became the most helpful person ever and worked to find us the truck that fit us the best. Her knowledge and attention to detail was amazing! Bayside also had the most helpful finance manager! Steve worked diligently to get us the best deal and to make sure my wife and I were taken care of and comfortable with everything. At the end of the day buying a new car or truck can be a total nightmare. However Bayside in Hollywood makes the entire process not only bearable but easy and enjoyable.
