Dr. Janet and her team, John and Ben, are absolutely Amazing!! I’ve been seeing them 3 times a week for a few months to help with my Ramsay Hunt Syndrome recovery and have only great things to say. They are carrying, helpful, and also willing to learn more as to what techniques can better help with my recovery. I’ve definitely seen improvement and their facial exercises, acupuncture, and massaging. This is the place to go in the DMV in regards to facial palsy.

The team at Good Shepherd is very caring and clever. We had great experience with them in fixing my posture. Dr. Janet was a great help and was dedicated till the last step. Would definitely recommend!

Janet has a great understanding of her field as she has repeatedly helped me with different issues I had. I've gone to many different physical therapists but by far she is my most favorite. Recently I have been experiencing a terrible vertigo and Janet was able to adjust the crystals in my ear. Just in one visit she took care of my nightmare of being dizzy and throwing up constantly. I highly recommend her

Great place for physical therapy. The space has a really nice atmosphere. It's clean and bright and has everything you need for PT. Good customer service at the front desk and great help from the PT Assistants. And most importantly the Physical Therapists, Dr. Janet Lebantino is hands-on and demonstrates genuine care and compassion. The PT aids are fantastic and professional with friendly smiles and dedicated to the patient care for each and every person they treat. The facility is immaculate and provides a soothing environment. Thank you all so much!!

The entire staff, including the receptionists, assistants, and physical therapists, are all very knowledgeable and personable- I've never met a staff so friendly. Dr. Janet has repeatedly treated and healed my chronic pain over the years, and she has a huge breadth of experience and expertise that I feel lucky to have come across!
