Recently, I thought I had an easy DIY fix with a Moen diverter cartridge, however, after many attempts I could not extract the old one. David arrived and experienced the same problem. He eventually had to chisel and drill out the old cartridge and was able to save me from a very expensive repair bill. Techs always leave the area cleaned up and are very professional.
