I love this group. The front desk staff is terrific. I have been coming here for 4 years and I have never had any problems.
I dont know where the 1 star reviewers visited, but it clearly was not the Janssens... We needed a new PCP and tried out Dr. Janssen. My husband gave them a 10 so I booked my appt also, and must say they get 10+! Everyone from the appt call to the receptionists, to the thorough consultation and followup communications,... everyone! has been so kind and helpful. I'm so happy to have found Dr. Janssen's office!
