Dominique had to navigate the daily viewing schedule of properties based on when I could break away from my job and then wait for my house-hunting assessments to be passed along (in pictures, videos and phone calls) to my family in LA. It required a lot of back and forth, multiple delays for various reasons and many start/stops due to trying to build a bridge to Maryland from LA whilst we were still driving over it. Throughout it all, Dominique remained steady, focused, encouraging and ultimately guided us to our ideal fit - a great single family house in Rockville, Maryland in a great neighborhood. The house needed some work but came in within our budget (including some wiggle room for renovations!)
