(July 20, 2021, 7:35 am)I discovered Victoria when we moved here in 2016, and I swear I’ll never let anyone touch my hair ever again. We’ve done vivid color and conventional color, and she is always happy to play with new ideas. Not only is she extremely talented, she is one of the kindest humans I’ve ever met. Even if I move away, I’ll be making it a point to take trips back for Victoria.
