Updating review from 1 start to 4 stars: Baltimore City lost my deed but Capital Title immediately jumped on this to continued to contact Baltimore City every two weeks.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO REPLY: I sent THREE (3) follow up emails about getting a receipt and I did not get a response. I even cc'd my husband's email and he also did not get a response. My husband called Christie told my husband that they would send the receipt to us, but still no email from them. Whoever responded is lying and trying to save face about responding to be quickly. The title response is NOT about the cost. It is about the fact that I reached out to you about getting a receipt for our bill, but we go NO response even after following up for over a WEEK. But I got a response the same day about changing the title since that costs ME money, not YOU. Disgusting that you would lie on the internet and turn it against your past client when I have been persistent in following up.

I closed out with them and they seemed great at first. They supposedly paid for our water bill, but when I followed up 3 times with Jill Rudiger and Christie Pecor about getting a receipt because the bill was not being reflected online, they did not respond. When I asked about changing the title, they had a third person immediately responded that they need $680 from me. So they will respond to you if they need money from you. Really frustrating especially when it's our first time buying a home and this is our experience.

Love working with Capitol Title. Terry Crawford and Iris Chacon are fantastic in communication and customer service. My clients love them! They can accommodate a busy schedule for closings, which is so convenient! I highly recommend Capitol Title Columbia.
