“I’m 26 yrs old and had trouble sleeping and and staying asleep. Used to wake up with morning headaches every day and it was impacting my daily life. I didn’t know what to do so I did a quick Google search and found Dr Parmar office. I was able to get a customized oral appliance and sleeping is never the same again. I feel well rested and energized every morning, no more headaches! Dr Parmar is very knowledgeable on Sleep apnea, she was able to diagnose me without even looking in my mouth, just from her observation and conversation with me. The office is clean and her staff are very professional, organized and friendly. Sleep Better Maryland is great! and can honestly say they treated my sleeping issue. I Highly recommend them.”
