I've only shopped here a handful of times but whatever their system is, it's one of a kind and allows for a very comfortable shopping experience unlike other high end stores I've visited. She was very efficient as she found my name based on the scanned products and returned the value to my credit card on file before even finding the receipt in my wallet; eventually, she didn't even needed it because the refund was complete by the time I found it.
